What is Green Screen?
The green screen is special effects process known
formally as chroma key photography, sometimes known as color keying, is the
process of video capturing in a particular color in an electronic image by using computer software to make that color transparent. It is using by
color green background to make a good transparent colored by easily change in
another video background present and less cheaper cost on expensive real
background for video editing.
Steps using Green Screen:
1. Record your video in front of a green screen
background.
2. Create a media item with your video as the media
items.
3. In the video filters control selection, check the
apply filter check box.
4. Set the media item background color to white
while you are adjusting the filter to remove the green key color.
5. Click play to load the media item to a media
screen, so that you can see the effects of changing the filter setting.
6. Select Green Screen from the key color pull down
menu.
7. Move both slider controls to the high end.
8. Now slide the key lightness slider, until all the
green background become invisible.
9. Fine tune the color masking with the proximity
slider.
10. You should now have a fully masked image as
shown.
11. Add the background video on the screen layout
attributes.
12. Unload or close it the media screen then click
play again to see the media screen with the background video.
